add urthecast data, fix #33 #48

Adding initial Urthecast data to the providers table.

@kjbrazil @danlopez00 -- I used the https://developers.urthecast.com/docs/satellites-and-sensors page to get the details for ISS and Deimos-1 satellites. I didn't see Deimos-2 in the tables on that page. I can do some digging to get all the details but wanted to double check here. Feel free to jump in and edit what I could gather thus far.

Will merge once everything looks good.

PR updated with new Urthecast info from https://github.com/satsummit/landscape/pull/49. Ready to go.
