Can't see the send mail feature #105

I can't find the mailing feature. There is also no dialog to set this up. To enable the mailing feature, how to configure?

The SendMail functionality was initially withdrawn in the early stages of the 2.0.x release due to perceived inadequacies. My plan is to fully develop IMAP and SMTP features before considering the reintroduction of SendMail in future releases.
