Add translation for German #308

Hi, i would like to add a translation to this project: Expected time to finish: approx. 4 weeks. I'll start working on it from now.

Hey, just want to let you know: I'm 50% done (I underestimated my ability to work on projects and in college classes at the same time 😅, so I will need even more time to finish than I expected).
