No icons (when builidng myself ) #11

As I couldn't install #10 , I download latest code and run build.

After restart, there's no icons mentioned in README

gfm-viewer-no-icons

Can you try:

  1. start Eclipse with a -clean option as at http://help.eclipse.org/indigo/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Freference%2Fmisc%2Fruntime-options.html
  2. starting your Eclipse with a new and unused workspace and see if either helps.

I have noticed something similar once before during this development, and it seemed related to the saved state in the workspace or some sort of caching linked to the saved version number of the plugin.

I miss the icons too in the installation from the updatesite. Using Eclipse 4.3!
