Install with `nodeclipse i gfm` #60

Finnally found a way to get it installed on slow/unstable Internet connection #38 .

Nodeclipse CLI Installer is launched from command line and uses Eclipse built-in p2 director:

nodeclipse i gfm

This take version from Nodeclipse Updates.

(You can make special script for GFMV see https://github.com/Nodeclipse/nodeclipse-1/blob/master/org.nodeclipse.ui/templates/nodeclipse-install.js )

I want to add to README this option. Do you mind?
