Cannot install on eclipse mars

When attempting to install on eclipse mars (both through marketplace and using the install link), I get this message:

Unable to connect to repository https://raw.github.com/satyagraha/gfm_viewer/master/p2-composite/content.xml
Connection refused: connect

just try later, it is GitHub it is not 100% availability service
