Talkback is not uninstallable ... #369

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. uninstall
2. wait a nigth
3. talkback comes back !

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
talkback is updated instead of being uninstalled

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
last version of talkback the 2nd of june on Nexus5 kitkat ...

Try to uninstall this program because I do not use it nor do I want it..

I do not use this app or several more from Google and they won't uninstall. HELP
