It takes a few days to get the calibration correct.
Have you even tried playing around with the sensitivity settings?
The calibration wizard does a pretty good job on the Samsung Galaxy S, so maybe
its a HTC Desire Fault.

Hi! Thanks for posting the same issue twice!
Anyway, in ElectricSleep, press menu, go to Settings, scroll down to Force
Screen On and make sure it is checked.
Your phone doesn't comply with standards that almost all other Android 2.2
devices conform to, so you must keep your screen on all night so that
ElectricSleep can record accelerometer data. I will work to make this setting
more user-proof in a future release.
