Language implementation name is ignored

in a diezel implementation file, set a name for the implementation, it will be 
ignored, and the name of the language+"Impl" is used instead.

edit the introduction to change that ugly CarDslImpl into a more convenient 
CarBuilder

now the name is a prefix for the generated builder.
