remove --headless option #245

Expected Behavior

sl --headless allows accessing the headless Sauce instances

Actual Behavior

sl --headless fails because Sauce Labs EOLed headless-only us-east-1 datacenter. All us-east-1 references could be removed in another issue, see #244
