Setup CI system #2

I just learned how to use Github Workflows 👍 It's super easy and awesome. I can setup CI for us if you're cool with it @titusfortner ?

I just switched to GitHub Workflows in the WebdriverIO project and it's amazing. I also recommend to automate releases through it if possible.
