This PR comes with the following:

The addition of a Project structure
Debug functionality
Tab-based file viewing
Command standardization and fixes
A general overhaul of the application to meet .net core 3.1 style guides
Adjustments to enhance maintainability
Powershell/Python integrations
Exception bubbling and expanded handling techniques
A suite of new commands
A swap to Json serialization to support dynamic command loading
Server Json schema for communication validation
