CAlite2CHAT converts >>delimiters<< to ▲delimiters▲ #33

Double delimited >>angled brackets<< mean 'very fast talk' in CAlite

We want to convert those to ▲delimited▲ - U+25B2 : BLACK UP-POINTING TRIANGLE "▲"

There may be some issues, however, since single angled brackets are also meaningful in CAlite, and there are many uses of angled brackets in CHAT.
