Update the CAlite documentation to reflect current conventions from Hepburn & Bolden (2016 #55

The CAlite documentation was written before the latest CA transcription manual (Hepburn & Bolden 2016) came out. It should be updated to reflect those conventions:

And also to reflect the constraints on transcription required for it to successfully pass chat2calite and calite2chat converters.
