7 years ago Bug is fixed. New feature added under Options | Advanced | Delete Duplicates... to delete duplicate images introduced by this bug. However, missing images till have to be dealt with manually. A message page has been added to the timelapse website explaining how to do this
Depending on the computer (multi-processor) and the load settings (e.g., no dark images), Timelapse may read some files twice and skip others (usually a nearby image file).
Likely something to do with Parallelism. Requires not only bug fix but a repair to already analyzed image sets.
