When reloading an image set, show feedback for skipped images #23

Reloading an image set is sometimes done on an existing folder to include new images that were added to that folder. However, if there are many previously loaded images, the screen will not show feedback that its actually going through (and skipping) them. This makes it looks like the system has hung.

Resolved. Feedback, including a 'skipped image' is now displayed.
