Minimum resolution for popups #34

Many of the pop up dialog boxes (say date correction for example) are very awkward on a small screen. They all share this large portrait orientation that makes it impossible to click the buttons on the bottom of the dialog box

Fixed. It checks screen height, and reduces the dialog box height if needed
