Put version number (and xml field) into database #47

While this is an incompatable change, it will help with future backwards compatability. The idea is that Timelapse can examine the version number, and then apply checks and updates to the older databases if needed.

Version number is now entered into the database as a new column in the ImageSet schema. Interesting, this is NOT incompatable, so there is no need to do the XML fields to store other information, as new columns for any information can be added later
