UTCControl cannot be consistently edited #55

To replicate using TutorialImageSet: Change the Utc for Image 1 to 1:00, for 2 to 2:00 etc up to image6 to 6:-- Quit. Then reopen. Even though the database is correctly written on exit, some of those values (seems to be Image 5) reverts to the original -6:00. I suspect its something going on when dates are loaded to the image table. Also check if its an AM/PM thing, as Image 5 is am while the others are PM.

The UTC Control has been disabled for writing for now.
