The Floating DocumentPane that hosts the DataGrid always appears topmost.
Yet if we set it to null (e.g., in DockingManager_FloatingDataEntryWindowWindowTopmost), then it always disappears behind the main window when the mouse is moved over the main window (vs. clicking in it).
The preferred behaviour is that it will stay behind the other timelapse windows unless they are explicitely made active by clicking on them, but not yet sure how to do this.
