Code cleanup for unused features #79

Deprecated but code still there (with some commented out) and not used)

Note that I may want to re-instate AdvancedImageSetOptions if a need arises to edit UTCOffsets.

Also change advanceTimelapse options throughout code to Preferences (Naming change)
