Deprecate whiteSpaceColumnExists and its presence in the ImageSetTable. Use version number instead.

Use version number to see if we need to check and replace nulls in file data table

Database now in reasonable shape. Next step is to really clean it up, but that would not be backwards compatible so is defered as not worth the hassle for end users
