Admin users password reset on the log in page. #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You get to the log in page for the admin section.
2. You have forgotten your password.
3. You cannot reset the password from that page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There should be a button that resets the password for a user.
