Merge updates to the admin section from different branches of the core. #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You have installed the branch of the core that has removed the non-essential 
modules.
2. Various updates have been made to the admin module in the branch of the core 
that still keeps 
public-html, admin, database and so on in the core.
3. You cannot see the updates with the other branch.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The updates should be merged from the one branch to the other.
