Database Class Names .INC file needs to be assembled by an external script. #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You want to assemble the dbcn .INC file for a project.
2. You need to have an external perl script installed on the server in order to 
do this.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The script to assemble this essential file should be in the database plug-in. 
The same is also true 
for the scripts that are used to detect the tables that are in the database and 
to create the CSV 
files that link database entities to the various classes.
