Error message when exiting CLI script to create new unit test class #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You run the unit test class creation CLI script.
2. You decide that you don't want to create a test at this point.
3. You click 'b' (as indicated) but are shown an error message before exiting.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The script should exit silently.
