Project Information setting script cannot save #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You want to set the name of the project using
HaddockProjectOrganisation_SetProjectInformationCLIScript for a new project.
2. The script fails and complains that it cannot open the file for this datum.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The script should create the necessary directories in the
"project-specific" directory and write the appropriate data in a text file.
No directories or files are being created.
