site-texts HTML pages have to written by hand #97

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You want a site-texts page in order to display content on the site.
2. The file that specifies which class to use has to be written by hand.
3. The PHP file for the site-texts page has to be written by hand.

What is the expected output? 

It should be possible for a user to run a script that generates the site-
texts page automatically. Also, the user should be able to set the class for 
the site-texts page using a CLI script rather than editing a file.
