Migrated to DEVELOPMENT-SNAPSHOT-2016-05-03-a.

Swifton router was dependent on URITemplate package, which is not maintained anymore, so I changed it to Zewo Router.

Resolves #34

@weby thanks! I merged PathKit and Stencil. Travis actually shows both iOS and Linux failing.

OSX tests pass on Travis now.
