How do l force the child to remain in the middle on scroll many times within seconds #47

On Scroll many times (like 10 times within 5 seconds), the rounded image (child) keeps moving up and up. Then moves to normal position and it keeps moving again..However, if you scroll slowly and slowly, the issue doesn't show. Scrolling really fast repeatedly causes this issue
