It works now :+1:, but what about decreasing the height of the background image to make a wider scrollable surface? The only problem is that at this dimensions the scrollable surface is very short.

Yep I agree, in fact the proper behaviour would be something like dispatch the events from the non scrollable surface, as hangout does, thanks!
