Migrate Angular 1 to React #20

Unfortunately angular 1 became legacy code that we are having many problems, however the angular 2 could be the new generator for angular, this framework change completely your principles and community. React bring us a new propose and maturity also follow the javascript community using ES6 instead of typescript.
