Migrate to CSS library instead of BootStrap #23

BootStrap are bringing problems to use together with webpack and the build is obscure because the bootstrap works with css and the JS are using Jquery. So the best could be rid of Jquery and use just the best of CSS library for this project separately

The project is already running only with bootstrap.css that it is just the use of css library. So the project go ahead with all css components from bootstrap
