Add the Leetcode folder section

Leetcode folder isn't there in the main folder, it's good to add this section in the main folder as well, a lot of interested contributor are out there to make a contribution in same. So if you adding any problem in the leetcode section, do make sure you name that problem file with a unique number provided to the problem on the official leetcode site, that would make easy ordering of files in the section
