Screencurtain not working #2

BUG Screen Curtain functionality only works in Settings menu

DETAILS After enabling the screen curtain feature on Homescreen 3 > Settings > Screen Curtain, the screen is only blacked out on the Settings page. As soon as the user goes back to any of the Homescreens, the screens are visible again.

Ganesh, is this fixed or awaiting clarification? In the call earlier this morning, Anil had marked it down as "awaiting clarification", so not sure as to final status. Thanks!

@justdroid - We are not clear on what is the required functionality. Can you please explain the same.

@justdroid #2 is not fixed yet, we need details about 'Screen Curtain', #2 accidentally gets added into fixed comment.
