Added Message to Frontend on Signin and Signup Page

Description

Now when user comes to sign-in and signup he is shown the message that is given by the server so that he can see whether the action performed is completed or not.

Related Issue

Fixes #49

Changes Made

Added a State which renders the message dynamically
Added a styled div
Added red/green colour to the message depending on which action is being taken
