Title

Forgot Password Not Working

Description

Issue 1: Well, there is no see password option that is why it is difficult to type the password. Issue 2: Forgot password doesn't work when clicked on it Both these issues make it hard to login and have a smoother experience using the website.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

To assist us in understanding and resolving the issue, please outline the steps you took that led to the problem:

Action 1: I registered myself into the website.
Action 2: It lead me to a login page and i retyped my password. It says login failed.

Feel free to be as detailed as necessary so we can replicate the issue accurately.

Expected Behavior

I expected the page to send me a link to my email allowing me to reset my password.

Actual Behavior

says login failed.
