CRM - create CRM Core activities

These are the activities that are needed:

• Email
• Phone Call
• Meeting (later, needed for agent central only)
• Note
• Task (later, needed for agent central only)

Then, we need different taxonomies to further categorize the activities and show different fields (in parenthesis) according to the category:

• Email -- Send Exposé (Exposé file field, message, recipient) -- Invite to Open House (Date, message, recipient) -- Confirm Open House date (Date, message, recipient) -- Reply to Contact form (Contact form message, message, recipient) -- Reply to Inquiry (Inquiry data, message, recipient) -- Follow-up (message, recipient) -- Request a document (checkboxes for requested document, message, recipient)
• Meeting / Calendar entry -- Team Meeting (date, message, recipients) -- Buyer Meeting (date, message, recipient) -- Seller Meeting (date, message, recipient) -- Notary Meeting (date, message, recipients) -- Open House
