For better conversion, we would need to make sure that there is always a Call to action (CTA) at the right places. They would need to be slightly different depending on the nature of the action, but are basically forms that should work like the inquiry or contact form and land in the CRM as well to track them.
The CTAs should probably consist of an inviting photo of one of the H+K staff, together with a phone number and corresponding text like "Want to sell your property? Give us a call or fill out the form below to get a free presentation how we make sure you're getting the best price and find the right buyer". Probably best positioned as a card on the right side of the content container.
