Design: Services pages #74

Design for following pages, same design for all.

These pages need some special treatment with special concern about actionable Call to actions (CTAs).

Please note that we are showing hover effect in "For sellers".

very nice. The boxes are way better than the list we have now. I'm just not sure if we should go all colorful though, maybe the icons could get the same color? Or even gray and only have a highlight color?

What is the idea behind the Features section? What kind of content could get there?

Hi Rainer,

Thanks for the feedback. Different colors were used to differentiate types of services and to have better hover effects. I will sent revised mockup incorporating your inputs.

Features section highlights the main service points or benefits for users. For example, 24x7 support, years of experience etc.

Thanks. I understand the motivation behind the colors, but as they would only be used in this place and won't be repeated all over the site to help guide visitors, it's more a distraction than a help, I think, making the site visually convoluted. So it is better with the last mockup, I think. Features section is a good idea, I think we can meaningfully fill that.

So far so good for the main services page, we would also need a mockup for the subpages, as they would need to get good CTAs for visitors to get in contact on the specific service. Maybe reuse the micro-design of the object page's responsible agent (that we could also use on the project sub-domains), and add a form or button - whatever you see fits best from a UX standpoint. The visitor should be guided to take the next step and make an inquiry, call an agent, fill out a form, get a free evaluation or the such...

Please see attached design for services sub page (For Buyer page). The form is same form as inquiry form. Please let me know about how responsible agents use in here.

Once again, we should personalize this by showing contact card of Lutz for Sellers, Helge for Buyers, and Ilka for Referrals and Landlords.

For buyers, the inquiry form is ok, for Sellers, there should be some direct CTA to get a free evaluation or a non-committal first meeting/phone call.

For landlords, the CTA should be like "request your free personal offer now".

For Referrals, it should be something like "Tell us about your referral now".

Once again, apart from the broker block missing on top of the inquiry form, I think this can be moved to approved, if you agree. There won't be any difficulties with this.
