Change manifest to use .webmanifest extension #114

Added serviceworker.js and modified manifest.json to manifest.webmanifest. Now the website can even work offline using the files stored in browser cache and can behave in a more app like manner.

@saurabhdaware Hey mate, well I added PWA Migration in your website, but for some reason it fails to pass the last check. Please review my code. I am pretty sure to not have messed up. I'll appreciate if you give it a look.

Oh yes the test failures are because of the tool we're using for tests.
