fix: invalid hex code on line number foreground #1

oh as far as I know it is valid. it is basically in the format of #rrggbbaa. aa is the opacity. Is it not working for you or throwing any error?

oh, my bad, I wasn't modifying the theme, I was just inspecting the code and I forgot that the last two values are for opacity 😓
