set photoframe to photo #166

There are two imageviews one over the other. The imageview on top is for 
photoframe and under photoframe for photo.
Photoframe is selected from the res folder and set to the imageview above one. 
Photo is uploaded from phone to imageview under photoframe.
now we should be able to drag and resize photo on touch event of geture 
detectors in included and take a screenshot of complete photo with frame.I am 
able to set frame and upload photo but i am not able to drag and resize the 
photo.
