Asterisk-binding #15

provide a new binding to Asterisk VoiP PBX. We could use 
http://asterisk-java.org/development/tutorial.html to interface with Asterisk. 
Possible functionality could be:

* list missed calls
* recall missed calls out of openHAB (special formatting of the content 
necessary?)
* list messages on voicebox
* play messages from voicebox

Note: This feature should be implemented together with Issue 16 as there are 
very similar requirements.

the binding is implemented although the functionality isn't as complete as 
described above. Currently the active call is monitored
