Frame background on subpages

when using a frames-widget on subpages the background is not rendered correctly 
(to much white). See attached screenshots.

I have fixed the problem.
Furthermore, I have added validation constraints to check that if there are 
frames on subpages, all widgets are inside some frame (so that not frames and 
non-frames are mixed on the same page).
