Add a Linux 64-bit designer distribution #28

There are problems with the 32-bit designer distribution on some 64-bit Linux 
systems (see 
[http://groups.google.com/group/openhab/browse_thread/thread/3ca9d669e11e16c0 
discussion group]).

We should therefore also offer a real 64-bit version of the designer for Linux.

The build has been adapted to now also create a 64 bit Linux version of the 
designer.
