Add an iPad splash screen #31

The web UI currently only offers a splash screen (used when launching the app 
from an icon on the home screen) for iPhone/iPod. This is not used by the iPad 
as this requires a different resolution.
A splash screen should be designed for this as well (and the existing iPhone 
splash screen might be redesigned at the same time).

iPad splash screen version has been added.
Unfortunately, in my local tests, only the vertical, but not the horizontal 
version is working.
Furthermore I have trouble getting a splash screen on the iPhone again. The 
file format should be fine, so I don't really know what causes the problem.
