Paradox Security Alarm binding

It would be nice to link openHAB to some security system and Paradox seems to 
be the most wide spread one, because of the good price/features ratio. They 
have a special module, called PRT3, for linking with home automation systems, 
that speaks C-BUS and an easy ASCII protocol via serial 
(http://www.paradox.com/Products/default.asp?CATID=7&SUBCATID=75&PRD=234). I 
attach the documentation about the both protocols.

With the PRT3 module and the openHAB binding it would be possible to use the 
PIR and window sensors in some rules logic and/or show their statuses on the 
UI. Also control and view the status of the alarm system (armed, disarmed, 
alarm loop, etc.).
