Warn on deleting pinned entries #52

It would be nice if clipse warned the user before deleting a pinned entry. This would be very useful in cases where I mass-delete entries once I'm done with a specific task and end up deleting pinned items without realizing

And thanks a lot for creating this amazing clipboard utility!

I think that's a reasonable suggestion. Will look into the best way to achieve this and include in the next release if feasible.
