Functionality added for:

selecting multiple items from the standard view
direction keys + ctrl and s to toggle single items
copying all selected
deleting all selected
filter match yank (key binding available when filtering to yank all values that match the filter value)

Other:

removed default item delegate, replacing with custom item delegate
improved help views
updated styling logic to meet new delegate system
improved handling of json when deleting items

@ccoVeille See what you think of these changes :pray: As mentioned in some comments there are certain things that will require their own PR as relate to the core listener functionality and debgging implementation.
